Romance is the blend of emotion of love between two persons who are mutually enthusiastic. It is healthy normal impulse, if it is not degraded by physical desire, it takes drudgery from toil. It raises the thought of the most humble worker to the status of genius. It drives away discouragement and replaces it with definiteness of purpose. It transform poverty into a mighty and irresistible power of achievement , it fires the imagination and forces it to become active and creative. It has been the heart and soul of every outstanding man of achievement who has ever left their footprint in the sand of time.
But failure to gain control of the emotion of love and romance mean failure to gain control over other traits. take the case of Charles Dickens for example early in his life, he met with great disappointment with love, instead of allowing his unrequited love emotion to destroy him, he transmuted that great driving force into a novel which brought him fame and fortune thus, lead him into an icon of admiration in his field.
Abraham Lincoln was a mediocre lawyer who had fail dismally in everything he had undertaken until the deep wells of emotion were opened widely his great sorrow over the death of Anne Rutledge, the only woman he ever truly loved. he converted his sorrow and become one of America immortals.
Barrack Obama said ''my wife fan my desire into a burning flame of intensity". A man's ego needs food in form of personal encouragement and no one is in favorable relationship to supply this as the one he truly loves....and women? ask me next time......
